👉The History
Glory’s Cafe is the cafeteria who served the very first native coffee in Iloilo using the traditional method of preparing coffee way back in 1948 at corner De Leon and Quezon St. Their first customers are the vendors of Iloilo Terminal Market (Super) and the jeepney drivers. They also catered professionals, high ranking policemen, and known politicians back in the day.

Our favorite coffee was prepared from a careful and meticulous selection of coffee beans supplied by the local farmers of Iloilo. It is then traditionally brewed in precise weighing of proportions, timing, and temperature.
