Piagau Island is part of Taklong Island National Marine Reserve (TINMR). Along with it is a group of islands, islets, and mangrove reserve area that are all rich in marine life.

Fees and expenses to Piagau Island

👉Environmental Fee: Php30/head
👉Boat rental to Piagau Island in Alman Sur Lapaz, Nueva Valencia: Php500/good for 10-15 persons (round trip). Just add Php200 per hour if you wish to try island hopping or consider the fixed charge of Php1,000 for all day island hopping rental.

🛫HOW TO GET THERE IN PIAGAU ISLAND?🏃

PIAGAU ISLAND can be reached through Lucmayan and Alman Sur, Lapaz gateway (booth in the municipality of Nueva Valencia).

👍You can rent a multicab at Jordan wharf to Alman Sur, Lapaz, Nueva Valencia for Php1,000-1,500/one way. In our case, we closed the deal at Php2,000(round trip) good for 15 persons.

👉At Alman Sur, you can rent a motorbanca to the island for Php500 (round trip).

👉No fresh water supply in the Island
👉There are cottages in the island (atm no cottage fee)
👉Bring your own food and water
👉Please dispose your garbage properly
