ILOILO CITY (September 2, 2025) — Vice Governor Lee Ann Debuque led a literacy partnership with the Big Bad Wolf Book Sale in Iloilo, channeling donated books to provincial libraries and community learning hubs as the sale prepared to close on Sunday, September 8. Organizers opened the sale at Robinsons Pavia on August 29, with the event running daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and featuring thousands of heavily discounted titles. The touring sale — which Big Bad Wolf describes as a large-scale, free-admission event — has attracted shoppers across Iloilo province this week.
