CEBGO, the regional subsidiary of Cebu Pacific Air, has expanded its domestic operations from Iloilo International Airport (ILO) with the confirmed launch of five routes beginning late March 2026.
The new services will be operated using 78-seat ATR72-600 turboprop aircraft and are intended to complement existing Cebu Pacific Air operations from Iloilo. Based on the airline’s published schedule, some Airbus A320-operated flights will be transitioned to Cebgo ATR services, while Iloilo–Davao will continue to be served by Airbus A320 aircraft alongside new Cebgo turboprop flights, maintaining capacity while responding to passenger demand.
Confirmed routes and start dates:
Iloilo – Daraga (Legazpi): effective 29 March 2026, four times weekly
Iloilo – Davao: effective 29 March 2026, daily (additional service)
Iloilo – Tacloban: effective 31 March 2026, three times weekly
Iloilo – Panglao (Tagbilaran): effective 29 March 2026, four times weekly
Iloilo – Zamboanga: effective 29 March 2026, four times weekly
For routes such as Daraga, Tacloban, Panglao, and Zamboanga, select Airbus A320 flights previously operated by Cebu Pacific will transition to Cebgo’s ATR72-600, allowing the airline group to better align aircraft size with market demand. The ATR’s efficiency on short- to medium-haul flights makes it well-suited for regional operations.
In contrast, the Iloilo–Davao route will see increased capacity, with Cebgo operating daily ATR flights in addition to existing A320 services, strengthening air connectivity between Western Visayas and Mindanao.
The expansion highlights Iloilo’s growing role as a secondary hub within the Cebu Pacific network and aligns with ongoing improvements at Iloilo International Airport. The move is expected to enhance regional connectivity, support tourism growth, and provide passengers with more consistent flight options using appropriately sized aircraft.
