Marugo lake is actually a dam that irrigate nearby farms in Tapaz, Capiz. It is surrounded by hills in Brgy. San Antonio, Tapaz, Capiz. The Lake is a perfect spot to get refreshed while enjoying the beauty of nature. It is a truly paradise at the heart of the hilly part of Tapaz. There is a swimming pool that has an overlooking view to the lake. There are also floating cottages in the lake that can cater up to 15 persons.

How to get there in Marugo Lake?
Tapaz, Capiz can be reached through bus ride from Iloilo City (Pavia Terminal), Roxas City, and Kalibo.
If you are from Iloilo City:
You may ride a Bus at Pavia People’s Terminal (beside Robinson’s Place Pavia) bound to Tapaz, Capiz. Fare is around Php90. If you are already in the town of Tapaz, just take a motorcycle ride to Marugo Lake. Fare is around Php50.
