In a bold move reinforcing its leadership in budget aviation, AirAsia Philippines officially inaugurated its new headquarters in Pasay City on Tuesday. Dubbed “The Red Horizon,” the facility is now home to over 1,500 Filipino Allstars, reflecting AirAsia’s strong roots and growth in the Philippine market.

Present at the ribbon-cutting were Senator Erwin Tulfo, OTS Undersecretary Arthur Bisnar, MIAA GM Eric Ines, and CAB Executive Director Carmelo Arcilla. They were welcomed by Capital A CEO Tony Fernandes, Capt. Chester Voo, and AirAsia PH CEO Suresh Bangah.
“We’ve grown from 2 aircraft to 255. From 200,000 passengers to 90 million this year,” Fernandes said. “What makes this airline special is its resilience and passion.”
“AirAsia is not just about cheap flights,” said Tulfo. “It’s about connecting lives and empowering Filipinos through tourism and job creation.”
About the Headquarters
The new HQ includes rooms named Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and The Philippines. It has prayer rooms, a gym, and a wellness area called People First Stop.
