The Province of Iloilo has officially recognized the Top 20 Real Property Taxpayers for Calendar Year 2025 under the corporate category, acknowledging companies that continue to play a vital role in strengthening local economies and supporting public development initiatives across the province.


Leading the list is Palm Concepcion Power Corporation, based in the municipality of Concepcion, followed by 8990 Housing Development Corp. with properties spread across Pavia, Sta. Barbara, Leganes, and San Miguel. Property Company of Friends, Inc. secured the third spot, with investments in Pavia, Sta. Barbara, and Lambunao.


The annual recognition highlights corporations that have consistently fulfilled their tax obligations, helping generate funds for infrastructure projects, public services, healthcare, education, and community programs in Iloilo’s municipalities.


Other major companies included in the list are Globe Telecommunications Inc., San Miguel Foods Inc., Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines Inc., Robinsons Land Corporation, Universal Robina Corporation, and CityMall Commercial Centers, Inc.


Several municipalities benefited from large-scale corporate investments this year, particularly Pavia, Leganes, Sta. Barbara, Oton, and other fast-growing areas in Iloilo Province.

The presence of these companies reflects increasing investor confidence in Iloilo as a strategic business and industrial hub in Western Visayas.
